Refund Policy

We aren't a faceless corporation. We care a lot and want to make sure everything is right for you! Please contact us for any exchange, issues, or return questions at contact@sorrycables.com

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@sorrycables.com. And we’ll send you return instructions.


Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

**$10 fee deducted from refund amount for each cable returned with custom engraving**

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Refunds 

As soon as we receive the approved return we will refund the amount minus any return fees to the original method of payment. This can take up to 3-5 business days once we submit it
