Refund policy

 

Warranty

We off a free lifetime guarantee on all of our cables for workmanship and components.  If any of our cables stops working - which is extremely rare - we will replace it.  This does not apply to cables that have been misused or damaged (this includes exposure to excessive heat, heavy objects being rolled over cables, or connectors that have been excessively pulled on or abused). The lifetime guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and can’t be transferred.

 

Returns

We have a 30 day return policy from the day the order is delivered. Since our orders are all built to order there will be a 15% restocking charge and any original shipping costs covered by SORRY Cables will also be charged. Customer responsible for return shipping to SORRY Cables in Burbank, CA.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and no signs of cosmetic damage. Any damaged items are subject to additional return fees at the discretion of SORRY Cables.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@sorrycables.com. We we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customer to pay return shipping and any original shipping costs occurred by SORRY Cables will be charged against the return amount.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned.  This includes any merchandise, or cable management items. 

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 

E-mail us with any exchanges. In most cables we can exchange an item once we receive the original item back. Customer is responsible for return shipping to SORRY Cables in Burbank, CA.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method the amount of the order minus any fees. Refunds typically take 3-7 business days to show up on your account.
